MA Management group is lead by two partners Roman Sládek and Aleš Nykodým.
Roman Sládek
During  his  25  years  lasting  career  in  M&A, Roman  has participated in a big number of M&A deals as an advisor as well as an investor. He holds a Masters degree from The Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE).

Aleš Nykodým
During  his career,  he participated  in  many  transactions  as  an  advisor  and investor. Therefore, he has more than 20 years of experience in private equity, M&A and investment banking predominantly with a focus on manufacturing companies. Ales holds a broker’s license since 1995.

History

MA Management group was founded in 1997, initially specializing in capital and financial markets. Later on, we started with private equity consulting and M&A and corporate restructuring.
After 2000, we started to invest in manufacturing enterprises and gained knowledge.
Since 2008 we have invested in a broad spectrum of investment opportunities.
